05｜見やすいブログの秘訣！カテゴリー設定＆表示ページの作り方

ブログの記事をテーマやトピックごとに分類することで、見つけやすくなります。

カテゴリーを階層化(「親カテゴリー」・「子カテゴリー」・「孫カテゴリー」)して細分化することで、より分かりやすいナビゲーションを実装することができます。

ダッシュボードの【投稿】→【カテゴリー】→【新規カテゴリーを追加】で設置

カテゴリー新設の手順

[カテゴリー]

• ダッシュボードの【カテゴリー】をクリックし【新規カテゴリーを追加】を表示させる。
• 「名前(サイト上に表示される名前)」を枠内に入れる。
• 「スラッグ(URLに反映させたい半角小文字)」を枠内に入れる。※英数字とハイフン(半角小文字)で「名前」と関連深いものがおすすめです。
• 「親カテゴリー」を「なし」、「既成のカテゴリー」の中から好きな設定を選択して表示される。※この選択で「親・子・孫カテゴリー」による階層を設置する。
• 下の「新規カテゴリーを追加」をクリックすると、右側に「名前」が表示されることでカテゴリーが新設が完了する。※「編集」をクリックすることで各種変更可能。

• JIN：Rでは、固定ページを編集して【カテゴリー】などの内容を【カテゴリーページ】に反映させます。
• 【カテゴリー】を作った時点でURLがあるので、必ずしも【カテゴリーページ】が必要という訳ではありませんが、【カテゴリーページ】を設置することで表現の幅が広がると思います。

管理画面の【ダッシュボード】

　→【固定ページ】→【新規固定ページを追加】→作成→【公開】をクリック

固定記事投稿の手順 (カテゴリーページタイプの固定記事)

[カテゴリー]

• 【新規固定ページを追加】で新規ページを開く
• ページ上部に「カテゴリー名などタイトル」を入れる
• 画面右側の投稿タブの【アイキャッチ画像を設定】をクリックしメディア内、または新規でメディアに追加した画像を選んで「選択」をクリックする。
• 画面右側の投稿タブの【リンク】の枠内に【作成したカテゴリーと一致する「スラッグ」】を入れる
• 画面右側の投稿タブの【テンプレート】を「カスタムテンプレート」を表示させて選択する。
• 動画をアイキャッチ画像として表示させたい場合は、画面右側の投稿タブの【Youtubeの設定】の「入力枠内」に任意のYoutube動画を共有でURLのコピーして入力する。追尾表示(閲覧画面で長い記事の時に画面を下にスクロールしても動画が一緒に常に表示)させたい時は「動画をPIP（Pinture in Picture）で表示」を「ON(ボタンが青色)」と「OFF」のスイッチを切り替えて選択する。
• 「カテゴリーページの設定」の「カテゴリーページをカスタマイズ」を「ON(ボタンが青色)」にスイッチを切り替えて選択し、「カスタマイズするカテゴリーを選択」は、【リンク】で入力した「スラッグ」と一致する「名前」を表示させて選択する。
• 画面右側の投稿タブのその他の項目は、必要に応じて選択・入力する。(デフォルトのままの、未設定・未入力でも「公開」は可能です。)
• 画面左上の【＋(背景青色)】か、本文スペースをクリックした時に、右側に表示される【＋(背景黒色)】をクリックする
• 画面左側の「ブロック」タブ内で「JINRブロック」内の「記事リスト」をクリック
• 表示された「記事リスト」のかたまりをクリックし、画面右側の「ブロック」タブをクリックし、「基本設定」などを表示させる
• 「記事タイプ」の「カテゴリー一覧」をクリックし「表示するカテゴリーを選択」は、【リンク】で入力した「スラッグ」と一致する「名前」を表示させて選択する。
• 「表示する投稿数」をスライダーで好きな投稿数を表示させて選択する。
• 「デザイン設定」の「【PC】デザイン」と「【スマホ】デザイン」を「縦長カード」、「横長カード」、「スライド」、「テキスト」の中から好きなデザインを選択しクリックする。
• 「デザイン設定」の「【PC】カラム数」を「１カラム」、「２カラム」、「３カラム」、「４カラム」の中から、「【スマホ】カラム数」を「１カラム」、「２カラム」の中から、好きなデザインを選択しクリックする。
• その他、必要に応じて必要なものを設置する。
• 画面右上の「公開」をクリックして、記事を公開する。

記事の保存や「ステータスと公開範囲」は以下です。

「公開」→閲覧者のすべての方が見れるようにする

「下書き」→公開をせずにダッシュボード内に存在

「保留中」→公開前のレビュー待ち

「非公開」→サイト管理者と編集者にだけ表示

「予約済み」→選択した日時に自動的に公開

「公開済み」→閲覧者の全ての方に表示

Procedure for Creating a New Category

[カテゴリー]

• Click 【カテゴリー】 in the dashboard to display 【新規カテゴリーを追加】.
• Enter the 「名前」 (the name that will be displayed on the site) in the designated field.
• Enter the 「スラッグ」 (the URL-friendly identifier in lowercase alphanumeric characters) in the designated field.
• ※ It’s recommended to use letters, numbers, and hyphens that closely relate to the category name.
• For 「親カテゴリー」, select 「なし」, or choose a preferred setting from the existing categories.
• ※ This selection establishes a hierarchical structure for 「親・子・孫カテゴリー」.
• Click 「新規カテゴリーを追加」 at the bottom.
• Once the category name appears on the right side, the new category setup is complete.
• ※ Click 「編集」 to make modifications as needed.

• In JIN:R, you can edit fixed pages to reflect 【カテゴリー】 content onto 【カテゴリーページ】.
• Since creating a 【カテゴリー】 automatically generates a URL, a 【カテゴリーページ】 is not strictly necessary. However, setting up a 【カテゴリーページ】 can expand the range of presentation possibilities.

In the management screen, go to 【ダッシュボード】 → 【固定ページ】 → 【新規固定ページを追加】, then create the page and click 【公開】

Procedure for Posting Fixed Articles (Category Page Type Fixed Articles)

[カテゴリー]

• 【新規固定ページを追加】 to open a new page.
• Enter the 「カテゴリー名などタイトル」 at the top of the page.
• Click 【アイキャッチ画像を設定】 in the 投稿 tab on the right. Select an image from media or upload a new one, then click 「選択」.
• Enter a slug that matches the created 【カテゴリー】 in the 【リンク】 field on the right.
• Set 【テンプレート】 to カスタムテンプレート in the 投稿 tab on the right.
• To display a YouTube video as the featured image:
• Copy the YouTube video URL into 【Youtubeの設定】 on the right.
• To enable 追尾表示 (floating display while scrolling), toggle 「動画をPIP（Picture in Picture）で表示」 to ON (blue button) or OFF.
• In カテゴリーページの設定:
• Toggle 「カテゴリーページをカスタマイズ」 to ON (blue button).
• Select the category name that matches the slug entered in 【リンク】.
• Other settings in the 投稿 tab can be adjusted as needed.
• (Even without additional settings, publishing is possible.)
• Click 【＋】 (blue background) or in the content space, click 【＋】 (black background).
• In the 「ブロック」 tab on the left, click 「JINRブロック」 → 「記事リスト」.
• Click the article list block, then click the 「ブロック」 tab on the right to display basic settings.
• Click 「カテゴリー一覧」, then select the category name that matches the slug entered in 【リンク】.
• Use the slider to set the number of displayed posts.
• Choose a design for 【PC】デザイン and 【スマホ】デザイン: 縦長カード, 横長カード, スライド, テキスト.
• Choose the column count:
• 【PC】: 1カラム, 2カラム, 3カラム, 4カラム.
• 【スマホ】: 1カラム, 2カラム.
• Add any additional elements as needed.
• Click 「公開」 at the top right to publish the article.

Saving articles and 「ステータスと公開範囲」 are as follows

「公開」 → Visible to all viewers

「下書き」 → Exists in the dashboard without being published

「保留中」 → Awaiting review before publication

「非公開」 → Visible only to site administrators and editors

「予約済み」 → Automatically published at the selected date and time

「公開済み」 → Displayed to all viewers
